Recruitment
Delta Phi Epsilon hosts recruitment typically in both the Fall and Spring semesters. The recruitment week will include a written application, interview, and consideration of a bid. Delta Phi Epsilon requires an application and interview to be considered, but potential new members are encouraged to attend all of our recruitment events in order to learn more about DPE and their place within our organization.

Informational
night
To start off recruitment week, Delta Phi Epsilon hosts an Informational Night to learn all about the chapter.
This event is optional but highly encouraged to attend.

Meet the Members
Our second event of recruitment week, Delta Phi Epsilon hosts Meet The Sisters. At this event, current sisters get the opportunity to introduce themselves and mingle with potential new members.
This event is optional but highly encouraged to attend.

WRITTEN APPLICATION
Any potential new member MUST submit an application
in order to be considered for membership.

Interview
Any potential new member MUST complete an interview by the end of the week in order to be considered for membership. Everyone who submits an application automatically qualifies for an interview.

Soiree
The last event before recieving a bid is Soiree. This cocktail hour style event is an opportunity for potential new members and active members to further get to know eachother.
This event is INVITE ONLY.

bid day
Bid Day – the final day of the recruitment period is when bids are distributed. Bids are a formal invitation to join the chapter and become a pledge of Delta Phi Epsilon.
